Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1515 mobile application (the "App") operated by AJ Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

3. How the App Works

Each day, a new question with two answer options is presented to all users at 15:15 UTC. You may answer once per question cycle. You may also submit your own questions for potential selection.

4. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a question, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that question within the App.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, threatening, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or obscene
• Hateful or discriminatory
• Spam, advertising, or self-promotion
• Intentionally misleading or harmful

We use automated moderation to review submissions. Violations may result in temporary or permanent loss of submission privileges, up to and including account suspension.

5. Boost Mechanics

You may watch rewarded advertisements to increase your submitted question's selection chances. Boosts do not guarantee selection. Boost limits apply per question cycle.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate voting results or boost scores
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Circumvent content moderation or security measures
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and underlying code are the property of AJ Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the content of user-submitted questions that are displayed in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
