These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1515 mobile application (the "App") operated by AJ Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
Each day, a new question with two answer options is presented to all users at 15:15 UTC. You may answer once per question cycle. You may also submit your own questions for potential selection. A community-submitted trivia pack is also published each day on the same schedule; you may play it once per day. Questions in the pack are timed, and you receive a rank and percentile at the end of your attempt.
By submitting a question or trivia pack, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App (including, for trivia packs, the questions, answer options, and indicated correct answers).

We use automated moderation to review submissions. Violations may result in temporary or permanent loss of submission privileges, up to and including account suspension.
You may watch rewarded advertisements to increase your submitted question's selection chances (up to 5 per day). Submitting a trivia pack requires watching a rewarded ad (up to 3 per day). Boosts and ad views do not guarantee selection or publication. Boost limits apply per question cycle. Boosts, scores, ranks, and any in-app rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The App, its design, branding, and underlying code are the property of AJ Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the content of user-submitted questions that are displayed in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
